How to Answer
Now might not be the best time to talk about your dog training skills or your side business of making jewelry. This is a time to share a few basic facts that will help the interviewer get to know you and hopefully spark their interest. Here are a few elements you can include:
1) Education
2) Interests
3) Goals
When you talk about education, share some of your accomplishments. When you talk about interests, you can share hobbies that you think the interviewer might find interesting. Talking about sports you play or how you enjoy live music are interests others can relate to. You may want to think about why you want to work in finance for for AXIS Bank and integrate that in your answer by saying, "I want to become an accountant, so working in the finance industry is a stepping stone to help me learn more about it." Stay positive and upbeat to keep the interviewer engaged!
