Consider giving the interviewer a list of your process for checking accuracy. Processes show you have a method for your madness. If you are scattered or disregard routine, an interviewer might assume you make mistakes simply due to your lack of organization. If you haven't put a lot of thought into your method, write down three things you do to make sure your work is accurate. Here are some suggestions:

1) Review. Proof emails, documents or retrace steps you took to create a project looking for mistakes.
2) Ask a co-worker. It always helps to have someone else look at your work to give you a second set of eyes. They might notice issues that you don't!
3) Review again. Demonstrate your precision and thoughtfulness. You can step away from your work for a couple of hours after reviewing it and review it again. This shows you are thorough and care about the quality of your work.
