"My first job was working at a bakery and I needed to be there at 5 AM every morning. I was not a morning person, so I was habitually late. My manager let me go because I simply couldn't make it on time. I learned that I need to be realistic about my weaknesses and take initiative to improve. Since then, I have learned to set multiple alarms and I have proven my ability to arrive on time. In my most recent job, I have arrived 15 minutes early just to be on the safe side. I always check the weather and traffic in the morning to plan out my route to work."
