Why did you start practicing yoga?

"I use to be an athlete, running and playing sports my whole life. When I injured my knee, I knew I needed to try something different. I was in college when I tried my first yoga class and I loved how my body felt afterward. My knee continued to feel better the more I practiced! It's been 9 years and I look forward to practicing every day now."
