What is your greatest achievement as a yoga instructor?

"I was teaching private sessions with a student who had cancer. We practiced yin and restorative yoga to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps calm the body and activate the body's natural immune response. After just five sessions, my client shared how he felt more energetic and motivated. It felt really good to be able to help enhance his quality of life and help him have a more positive outlook."
