What is your yoga philosophy?

Your yoga philosophy explains your mission as a yoga teacher. You are teaching students to connect their body and minds through moving through postures intentionally and using their breath to help them notice where they might feel stuck. Interviewers also want to hear about your teaching techniques and tools you use. Explain the foundation of those techniques, whether they are drawn from your training in hatha yoga or if they are more based on a different type of yoga training. Share your specialty, the levels of yoga you like to teach and the types of students you enjoy teaching.
