What are some of the challenges you've experienced as a yoga teacher?

"I worked with a yoga teacher who was always subbing out her classes. It was frustrating because it affected everyone, including the students. I talked with her to explain how I felt about it and how the students were disappointed that they didn't get to have the consistency of having the same teacher every week. She explained that it was really difficult for her to get to the studio at that time. We were able to change the schedule, which made the teachers and the students much happier!"
