Back-packing in the Himalayas, Crete, Hadrian's Wall in the North East of England. That shows a broader outlook and not just sun-bathing on a beach which isn't ideal for some holiday makers. The interviewer hasn't asked if you have visited them, just your favorites, so do some research beforehand and come up with some intriguing places which will show you are adventurous and adaptable to any request.
