"Sure, I would be happy to. Last month, a surgeon came to me with a new surgical procedure I was unfamiliar with. I told him I was unfamiliar with the procedure, but I would do my best to research and understand it before it was scheduled to be performed. I also asked the surgeon a few questions to clarify any doubts and ensure that I understood what was expected of me during the procedure. I also practiced the new procedure in a simulated environment to get hands-on experience and build my confidence. My goal is always to provide the surgeon with the utmost support and assistance during surgeries to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely."
