Having just learned about the benefits of the SCOM, the employer is naturally curious about the tool's limitations. You should be able to speak authoritatively about these limitations. However, you want to minimize these to convince the employer to move forward with the adoption of the SCOM. Be prepared in case the employer voices concerns about one of these limitations. You should be able to address how you would overcome it if hired.
