This operational question is addressing a very detailed feature of the SCOM product. Again, the interviewer is seeking to understand your knowledge and experience with the product by asking a very specific question. As an experienced SCOM operator, you should be able to answer this question easily.
"Since Microsoft has end-of-lifed Silverlight, it has been integrating the Silverlight functionality into its system management and monitoring tools. While this feature currently is unavailable and SCOM 2019, you can anticipate that Microsoft will look at whether it should be added going forward."
