What is your greatest weakness? What are you doing to improve it?

This is a common question in interviews. The interviewer wants to see that you are humble enough to identify a weakness and determined enough to turn it into a strength. Identify a weakness you have, and end on a positive note as to what you are doing to correct it. Choose a weakness as it relates to the job of a Respiratory Therapy Technician, such as lack of experience, freezing up when public speaking, or difficulty in remembering people's names.

"My greatest weakness is my lack of experience in this field since I just became licensed. I am improving that by interviewing for this job to get hired and gain hands-on experience.
