Answer Example
"I remain calm by feeling confident in my role as a Respiratory Therapy Technician. If I am not calm, it will make the patient and family members more stressed. My goal is to put the patient and family at ease while I am administering breathing treatments. I explain what I am doing the entire time so they understand how I am trying to help them. When they see that I am calm, they realize I am proficient at my job, and it seems to calm them down."
