"My clinical experience was great. I had an excellent mentor who made me feel calm and confident even though I had never worked in the medical field before. I learned a lot from him about bedside manners and how to have empathy for all patients, even if they are difficult to work with. I discovered just how frightening it is for someone who cannot breathe and how much the breathing treatments and oxygen help. It was a great learning experience."
