What are your career goals?
The interviewer wants to see your career development plans and how motivated you are to achieve those goals. If you have plans to advance your career, explain your goal and how you will achieve it. If you are happy with your position as a Respiratory Therapy Technician, explain to them that you love what you do and want to gain more experience in the field.
"My career goals are to work for a few years as a Respiratory Therapy Technician to gain experience, then work towards getting my Respiratory Therapist licensure. My goal is to be working as a Respiratory Therapist in the next five years."
