What skills do you think are most critical to working as a Ramp Agent?

"From my understanding in talking to a few people who are currently Ramp Agents, time management, communication, and physical fitness are crucial for success in this role and upon hearing this, I knew this was the perfect role for me! The position that I've held for the last eight years requires me to work in a fast paced environment where time management and communication are crucial. It is also a very physical job that requires long hours on my feet and heavy lifting at times, and I can really excel in that area."
