As airline travel becomes more popular year after year, Ramp Agents work in the high stress, fast-paced environment where they ensure that baggage is loaded and unloaded so flights can stay on time throughout the day. Your interviewer will be looking to hear that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and you can prove that you do by talking about jobs that you've had in the past that were high stress and fast-paced. If you are able to, try to paint a clear picture of a typical fast-paced day and discuss how you handled working in that environment.
