As a Ramp Agent, you would work with a large team of people that ensure the efficient and accurate loading of aircraft. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a larger team. With this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear that you have experience working in a team-based environment. As you answer, try to focus on your interpersonal people skills, communication skills and any leadership type roles you have played in the past. When discussing your comfort level within a team, try to portray yourself as being flexible by talking about times where you've both taken the lead on a team and also have taken direction from others.
