"A weakness that I am making progress on is overcommitting myself. I tend to take on too much in all areas of my life and it can really take a toll on me. Recently, I've been trying to say no to more things that are not a good fit and do not allow me to grow into the person I want to become. This allows for more balance in my life and more time for my top priorities. I've asked my mentor and my husband to keep me accountable with this and I check in with myself often too."
