To whom much is given much is required. Education for me is a calling, so this is my way of doing God's work by collaboratively working with others to positively impact the lives of the students, staff, families, and communities I work with. I believe in the adage "A Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste" I have the moral responsibility not to let students waste their minds by investing in their futures. As an instructional leader, I embody this adage by advocating for and supporting the students, staff, and school community I represent. I believe in committing my school's financial and physical resources to build staff and parent capacity to improve student achievement for all students and prepare them for life in the 21st Century.
