"I am planning on implementing a middle and end of year survey for staff, teachers, and families to complete each year. I am always hungry for their true and honest feedback when it comes to their satisfaction and suggestions. I will also be implementing a road map at the beginning of each year, which will set ambitious goals for staff and students to accomplish throughout the year. We will address the road map at weekly staff meetings to ensure we are reminded of our goals and remain on track."
