How you view work, and your career, will be a huge factor for the interviewer when determining your fit with the hiring organization. Just like a company will have a value and mission statement, so should you. Your philosophy can be a quote that resonates with you or a list of important values. Be sure that your belief aligns nicely with the goals of the interviewing company. Be brief. The interviewer is not looking for a dramatic monologue.

I believe that work should be fulfilling and enjoyable. It should be something that we look forward to, not something that feels like a chore. When I love what I do, it shows in my work. I am passionate, creative, and organized.
I also believe that work should be challenging. It should push us to grow and learn new things. We should feel like we are constantly growing, evolving, and becoming better versions of ourselves. Work shouldn't be easy, but it should be worthwhile. These are the principles that I live by when it comes to working. They have helped me to find joy and meaning in my work.
