You can take this opportunity to talk about the kind of equipment or testing you'd like to gain experience with such as sound level/noise monitoring, water pollution tracking, or weather station monitoring. This shows the interviewer that you're aware of the kind of testing and equipment available and ready to learn how to use it effectively.
