-- I am a very calm and quiet person, I enjoy my peace. When I have days off you can find me either spending time with my family, unwinding outside, or doing a little self-taught researching/podcasting on my favorite subjects. Don't let my shyness fool you though, once I'm settled or get to know a group of people I tend to open up. It's amazing that when people get to know me they realize how passionate I am about the natural world, often times when I tell people my interests they're taken aback.

Consider taking a Past, Present, Future approach to this question by briefly talking about your current role and any recent memorable accomplishments. Then, tell the interviewer how you got to where you are now or mention previous experience that's relevant to the position you're applying for. Finally, pivot to talk briefly about what you'd like to do next and why you're interested in this particular role. Remember to keep it brief as this is usually just the start of the interview.
