Stress can often be a regular part of the day to day work experience. Talk to the interviewer about which areas of your career are the most stressful. Ensure that your answer does not include a factor that would make you appear unfit for the position. (IE: an environmental scientist should not research to be the most stressful part of the job).

--- Probably myself, due to me always pushing myself to do better than what is needed. Besides myself, maybe a high workload with an unresponsive team. I don't want to feel like I'm doing everything on my own, if I'm confident in the work then I manage, but if I need guidance and no one is available then I'll become stressed.

Stress isn't always a bad thing if you're able to channel it positively. You can strengthen your response by providing a specific example of how you've handled stress well in the past, or telling about a time when increased pressure actually helped you work more productively. This illustrates your ability to transform stress into action, successfully turning a negative into a positive, to accomplish your goal.
