Setbacks motivate me to become the best version of myself and learn from my mistakes. Setbacks increase my motivation, dedication, and drive. My work becomes better when facing setbacks because I become more alert, self-driven, and humble. Setbacks are awesome because I love to learn from mistakes and want to maximize my potential.

When I suffer a set back I believe that the disappointment I feel afterward is an indication to assess the situation which has involved the setback. By assessing and reflecting I can learn what could have been done differently to avoid the setback and take this forward in future behavior.
