"I have all the confidence in the world in the clinical skills I've developed over the last three years of Internal Medicine training. The only things that would risk keeping me up at night in your program would be quickly learning an unfamiliar EMR and integrating quickly with the existing team of senior fellows. I would make them priorities in my initial days with your program."

Rather than focusing on a potential deficit in your ability to perform as a Critical Care fellow, pick a common weakness you may have or discuss a common misconception about training in critical care medicine. Then, explain how you have taken or will take steps to prepare for this hurdle. Conversely, if you don't have any worries, confidently express this to your interviewers.
