You may be comfortable taking notes that can be referred back to. Maybe you are most comfortable facilitating the discussions within the group and making sure that everyone stays on topic and that things proceed with ease. Maybe you prefer working in a leadership role in group work because you do a great job of delegating tasks and ensuring that everything comes together smoothly.

I think that I do a good job of determining the strengths of each group member and delegating tasks based on their specific skillsets.
