"I would say that my greatest weakness is delegating work out to my peers when I have an unusually large workload. At times I feel that I have built such a great working relationship with my clients and that they trust me to complete their testing which makes it hard for me to pass it over to anyone else. I realize that by not delegating my tasks to my coworkers, I am overworking myself and setting myself up to make mistakes due to having to rush my work. I also am aware that delegating tasks to my coworkers, would be giving them an opportunity to learn the testing for additional clients. I am actively working on this area of improvement."
