What makes you look for a position outside of the company that you are currently working for?

Talk about your reasoning for looking for a position with a new company. You want to be careful to not speak poorly of your current management team or the company that you are working for at this time. If you are looking to gain additional experience or if you are unable to grow within the company that you work for, discuss that at this time.

"I really enjoy the work that I do for the company that I work with. However, because the company is small, there isn't really a growth plan other than waiting for someone to leave. I feel that I have been in my position for a while now and I am determined to continue growing and learning; however, at this time that just isn't an option where I am at currently."
