"In a previous role, my supervisor had to complete annual training with our team that was required by the state in order for the company to be able to complete certain testing. My supervisor realized that the date had passed and asked that our team sign off on the training and backdate it. Several members of the team did sign off but a few of us really did not feel that backdating and signing off on training that was not completed was an ethical approach. A few of us ended up asking to meet with the Director and we reported this request."
