"I am aware that the suicide rate for dentists is high due to the stress of often practicing alone, being confined to a small office, and feeling isolated. I try to meditate regularly, do yoga, and work out every day. These hobbies help me with stress management as a student, and I plan to carry these habits into my professional life. I also am confident that I have a great support system in my fiance and family that will help me remain a positive and impactful force throughout my career."

In your answer, you ultimately want to show that you are fully prepared to handle the pressures associated with a career in dentistry. Discuss how you cope with the stress and maintain a work /life balance. That could include meditation, working out at the gym, going for a hike now and then, or diving into a hobby.
