You can keep your answer simple by discussing your ability to handle events involving blood and other bodily fluids. If you have direct experience at any point leading up to dental school, now is a great time to discuss that experience and your ability to handle it. If you haven't had direct exposure to blood and saliva, let your interviewers know that you have put some serious thought into this and are confident in your ability to handle this reality.
