Question 5 of 40

Tell us about a time your communication skills greatly benefited your team.

"Last year, I worked on a team project with two others, and I readily took the lead on the project. I put together a timeline of our project and milestones for the project and communicated it to my teammates via email so everything was documented. I quickly set up check-in meetings weekly so we could all monitor progress together and put together our final presentation. By respectfully taking the lead, my teammates were very motivated to stay on task, and both thanked me for being a great communicator throughout the project when we got an A on it."
