I am committed to investing in myself, and some of the ways I do this is by attending personal development workshops and meeting with my mentor once per month. What I have learned through personal development is to prioritize taking care of myself so I can be healthy to help others. I have incorporated a regular exercise routine and prioritize spending time with family and friends as often as possible. When meeting with my mentor, we discuss my professional goals and how I will achieve them. My mentor helps me stay accountable, and as my career progresses, I will certainly have greater goals to achieve."
