What You Need to Know
They are interested in learning more about who's guided you along your educational journey so far, but they also want to know how they can carry on that work in mentoring you by better understanding your motivators and what fuels your passions and drive. Provide relatable examples of leaders who influenced your character.
Touro's student handbook states, "Aiding in and monitoring the development of professionalism is an important component of PA education." Whether you had a strong parental figure or a professor in college who inspired you, describe the qualities you admired and adopted within yourself. Talk to the interviewer about how they shaped your professionalism, work style, and ethics.

"I find inspiration in a variety of people and things. I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my grandmother. She always had a smile on her face no matter how hard she worked, and she loved everyone. She was well respected and always gave more than she received. I try to live like her as much as I can."
