When feedback is delivered or communicated in a not so easy to digest manner, they want to know whether you can distill the truth from the message and apply what you need towards your personal or professional growth. Those who can take advantage of such feedback in a friendly, easy-to-absorb manner are traditionally stronger communicators, have a high EQ, and focus on improving their skills. This exhibits leadership potential. Think of a time you received feedback or criticism, whether useful, hurtful, unwarranted, or surprising. Discuss how you reacted productively. Then share how you successfully implemented change.
