What are you reading right now?

The interviewers ask this question to see if you feed your mind regularly. They would like to see what kind of literature you prefer and why. Talk to the interviewers about a book that you are currently reading. If you are not currently reading a book - talk about one that has impacted you the most.

"I am reading 'Ego is the Enemy' by Ryan Holiday. It is a book about ambition, resilience, and success. I feel that everyone should read it - it comes highly recommended."

Even though it is not a wrong answer to say that you are reading a true-crime or romance novel, the interviewers will be more impressed if you say you are reading a medical book or a self-improvement book. The self-improvement book could be about strengthening your leadership skills, overcoming procrastination, or learning a new language.
