The interviewers ask this question to see what type of student you are. Talk to the interviewers about your undergrad experience and if you are satisfied with your GPA.

If you were satisfied with your GPA: 'I graduated top of my class with a GPA of 4.2 and am very proud of my accomplishments during my undergraduate studies. The experience taught me to study hard and set attainable goals for myself.'

If you were not satisfied with your GPA: 'I feel that my GPA of 3.6 could have been higher; however, I was working full time while attending classes. All in all, I did learn a lot about discipline and commitment.'

"I graduated top of my class with a GPA of 4.2 and am very proud of my accomplishments during my undergraduate studies. The experience taught me to study hard and set attainable goals for myself."

As with any interview question, you want to focus on being honest in your response. The interviewers may ask for copies of your transcripts, and you do not want to be found being dishonest.
