Bring all your skills to work. Put the unique skills and perspective you've developed to work. Our individual experiences enable us to better drive innovation and shape the future." Interviewers want to know more about your personality, how you are motivated, and how to coach you in the future. Talking about your most significant accomplishment will give the interviewer a firm idea of where you place your values. There are many accomplishments at work or in academic life. When it comes to work-related accomplishments, I worked on a business-critical project called Jobforce where the business was having a lot of manual laborious work order entry into spreadsheets and managing data from multiple sources. I helped as a lead product owner in designing and providing technical advice to the business teams which helped us alleviate their pain points.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! Why was this accomplishment so meaningful to you? Because it helped your colleagues achieve their goals in an easier and quicker way? Also, can you talk more about exactly what changes were implemented that helped to eliminate the need to manually enter the data? The more details you can provide, the better!

One of my greatest work accomplishments was successfully implementing a challenging and unique requirement in a project. After thorough development and testing, the solution received positive feedback from stakeholders and users, making it truly rewarding. I also took the initiative to help my colleagues understand the new requirement through interactive Zoom calls, ensuring seamless integration.

Jaymie's Feedback
Great start! If you can give a little more context to the project, that will showcase your skills better. For example, what was the timeframe to finish the project, and what was your responsibility and scope? What specific feedback did the stakeholders and users share? Those details will make your answer even more impactful!
