QUESTION 8 OF 30

Tell me about your graduate degree and how it will apply in your career as a talent agent.

If you are interviewing for an internal Talent Agent role with WME: William Morris Endeavor prefers that their talent agents and agents in training bring a 4-year degree; preferably in business or law. Discuss your post-secondary education and why you believe your educational focus will help you to be successful as a talent agent. If you do not have the requested post-secondary education, be prepared to defend this by discussing how your work experience amounts to a degree in itself.

"I have a certificate in Business Administration; however, for the past five years I have worked as a recruiter for a modeling agency. I understand a lot of what it takes to attract talent, maintain clients, and negotiate lucrative contracts. I am ready to work my way into a formal talent management role, and I will take any coursework you recommend, to further round out my blend of experience and education."
