There may be some overtime expectations in this role with UMG, and the interviewer wants to know that this is a concept you are willing to embrace. Taking work home should be done when necessary. Being up to date with things associated with can help as well when you're not at work place but for the most part when it is necessary.

I don't mind taking work home with me when it's necessary. I'm a hard worker who is committed to getting the job done right, and I've definitely done this many times before. However, having said that, I try my best to work efficiently so I can complete my tasks and projects during work hours. I believe that work-life balance is important, so when I'm away from the office, I generally try to take a break from work and enjoy my family, friends, hobbies, and exercise. Then I come back to work recharged and ready to go!
