If there is an area that would not be your personal choice to be assigned, now is the time to state that. Be sure to know the type of situation offered in this position before the interview. If you aren't completely clear on the workplace environment or culture, kindly ask the interviewer to expand on the work environment.

If you are flexible and enjoy working in different specialty areas, relay that to the interviewer. If there is an area that you prefer to avoid, focus on describing what area that is and why you would rather not work in that specialty.

"The diversity of Mount Sinai Hospital is one thing that attracted me to your facility. I can be productive in most work environments, especially if teamwork is encouraged.
