If a co-worker called in sick and you were asked to take over their project (requiring overtime from you), how would you react? Where do you draw the line when it comes to being a team player?

"I'll always default to a team-player mentality. If a co-worker called in sick, I would take over what I was capable of. The only time I would draw the line would be if I felt I was being taken advantage of. If my coworker was purposefully inefficient and expected me to pick up the slack, I would likely not jump in. For the sake of the company, I am always willing to go above and beyond what is expected of me, but not to the point where I am being taken advantage of. So, if their behavior was hurting the team, I might consult my team leaders and see if they'd want me to do the work for them or not."
