I would say I am COMMERCIALLY AWARE, LOYAL, committed, and EVOLVING.
I am commercially aware because I understand that in order for you to achieve the goals and the patient care standards that you want to achieve, I need to work to very high standards, I need to work quickly and I also need to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. So I understand that for your pharmacy team to be successful, you need people like me to work to exacting standards.
I am loyal and committed which means that I will always represent and treat the organization as if it were my own. I know a lot of hard work goes into patient care and I will always be a positive role model while representing your organization. In terms of loyalty. I am looking for long-term employment so I plan on working here for a very long time. And in terms of commitment, I will work the hours needed to excel in this role even if that meant working on my clinical knowledge during my personal time when I am off work to fill any knowledge gap as quickly as possible.
Finally, I am evolving which means I never reach a full peak of capabilities, I am always looking to improve and develop. I think we all have something new to learn and I am always open to continuous improvement. So if you see something about my work that you want me to change or alter or you want me to work on something different and learn a new skill, I will do that openly. I am keen and ready to learn from all of you and your experience in the inpatient field.
