At Sainsbury's, our management team does all they can to make sure our sales colleagues are doing their best work so that, together, we can create the best customer experiences for UK grocery shoppers. This feedback will sometimes include some constructive criticism. Has a supervisor ever critiqued your work? What was your reaction?
