"At my last job, we really worked as a team -- we had a board up in the breakroom where we all decided on a weekly goal together and strategized ways to work together to accomplish it. At the end of the month, we voted on a star performer who went above and beyond, and that person received a small gift card to their favorite restaurant or shop. It was nice to work together as a team and to choose, together, who most deserved recognition for the month."
