Have you researched our company values? What makes you the best candidate for REI?

At REI, our company values -- authenticity, quality, service, respect, integrity, and balance -- are the foundation of our business. Talk to the interviewer about which of these values stand out to you most and which you most identify with.

"Balance is a really important thing to me -- from maintaining work/life balance to spending plenty of time in nature. I really appreciate that REI puts such an emphasis on having a balanced life, from their 'yay days' to the way they give back to organizations that conserve and protect our environment."
