"The greatest accomplishment in my career was graduating college as an honors student while working full time in a related field. I was at the top of my class and working full time. This success showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and receive recognition for my dedication."
"I have many accomplishments throughout my career that make me proud. My proudest was being voted and recognized by my peers at my current employer as the Innovator of the Year for leading the development of new lab standards guidelines for our team. I took it upon myself to organize a team of individuals to work with and lead them to success, and it felt great to be recognized and rewarded."

My best work-related achievement is in my past role I trained many new phlebotomists due to my strong skill set, honesty, and patience. As a result of my help and guidance, they became highly productive and learned quickly while keeping integrity in their work. I felt proud and satisfied that my supervisor could count on me to be relied on and trusted to carry on such responsibility.
