What kind of teammate would you be if you joined the Qantas Airways ramp team?

As a Ramp Services Officer at Qantas Airways, you would work with a large team of people that ensure the efficient and accurate loading of aircraft. You will ultimately be expected to work effectively as part of a larger team. Your interviewer will be looking to hear that you have experience working in a team-based environment. As you answer, try to focus on your interpersonal people skills, communication skills, and any leadership-type roles you have played in the past. When discussing your comfort level within a team, try to portray yourself as being flexible by talking about times where you've both taken the lead on a team and also have taken direction from others.
